Welcome to Mobile PC Rescuers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
We offer mobile computer repair services, including diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, software installation, virus removal, and more. All services are provided at the customer's location unless otherwise agreed. We aim to diagnose and repair issues during the same visit; however, some issues may require extended time or additional parts.
2.1 Diagnostic Services
Our diagnostic services include evaluating your computer's issues. If a repair is recommended based on the diagnosis, we will provide an estimate for the repair. Diagnostic fees may apply even if no repair is performed.
2.2 On-Site Repair Services
Our technicians will perform repairs at the customer’s location whenever possible. In cases where the issue cannot be resolved on-site, we may offer to take the equipment to our facility for further evaluation and repair.
2.3 No-Fix, No-Fee Guarantee
If we are unable to diagnose or fix the issue, you will not be charged for repair services. This guarantee does not apply to situations where the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis is provided.
All fees for services are due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
3.1 Quotes & Estimates
Estimates are provided for all repairs before the commencement of work. The final amount may vary if additional parts or labor are required, but you will be informed before any extra costs are incurred.
3.2 Late Payments
Payment is expected upon the completion of services. If payment is not received within the agreed time frame, a late fee of $50 per day will be applied for each day the payment is late. Failure to settle payment, including late fees, may result in legal action or additional collection fees.
We provide a limited warranty on repairs and parts. Our warranty covers issues directly related to the original repair for a period of 30 days. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will revisit and resolve it free of charge.
4.1 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused after the service
- Issues caused by software or hardware installed after the repair
- Any problems unrelated to the original repair
- Data loss during repair
Mobile PC Rescuers will not be liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Software corruption
- Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs or parts We strongly advise customers to back up their data before service.
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information regarding the computer and its issues
- Ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians
- Backing up all data prior to service
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
